Product Description
Silver powder directional arrangement agent KC2210 is mainly used in the powder coating of the applied metal powder, which can improve the directional permutation, wetting and looseness of the metal powder, promote the floating of gold and silver powder and pearlescent powder to the surface of the powder coating, and make the silver floating to the surface of the coating regularly arranged, thereby increasing the surface brightness and gloss, while reducing the amount of metal powder. Suitable for epoxy, epoxy/polyester and other system powder coatings.
1)Appearance: White Granular.
2)Recommended Use:
KC2210 is used in epoxy polyester system.
3) Usage: participate in extrusion, add metal powder after crushing.
The dosage is 0.5% - 1% of the total.
The above-recommended levels can be used for orientation.
Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
4)Storage:
Polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, net weight 25kg per bag. The packaging is sealed, stored in a cool and dry place, and the shelf life is at least 1 year.
Notes:
Avoid directly touch with skin and eyes; Wear protective clothing and goggles;
Wash with water after the operation.
