Organobentonite KC2830
Organic bentonite KC2830 is an organic montmorillonite, which is applied to powder coatings, which can greatly increase the viscosity of the melting state of powder coatings and reduce the fluidity of the system, so that the coating produces a wrinkled sand grain effect. -Appearance: white or off-white fine powder
-Particle size (<76μm or 200 mesh): ≥98%
-Volatiles (105°C, 2 hours): ≤3.5%
2. How to use
The amount of in-addition involves extrusion in 0.3%-2% of the total amount. The optimal dosage is determined based on the test.
3. Packaging storage
Polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, net weight 25kg per bag. Packed tightly sealed, stored in a cool and dry place with a reasonable shelf life of at least 2 years.
