Exterior Matting Agent M62
1. The product can promote the reaction of the system after being mixed with the base powder in a certain
proportion.
2. The products have certain selectivity to polyesters, and the coating surfaces of different brands of
polyesters are different. Excellent coating surfaces can be obtained for commercial brands of
polyesters, and some niche polyesters may have coating defects, so matching tests should be carried out
before actual production.
3. There is no obvious extinction effect in the primid system.

Usage

Formula description
Application in two-component non-black coating 0.4%~1.0% addition can obtain an excellent coating effect.
Different formula designs, different addition amounts, different pigments and fillers, and other factors will have different effects on the coating film. Prior to actual production, lab tests or communication with our sales should be conducted to ensure full familiarity with the product.
The particle size of the product is fine and easy to agglomerate. Attention should be paid to the sealing performance of the product during use, and sieving treatment should be carried out according to the agglomerating situation.
Package and store
Polyethylene lined kraft paper bags, each bag weighs 25kg net, and keep them sealed. Please store them in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight. The reasonable storage shelf life is 12 months.
