In order to accelerate the promotion of new projects and strengthen the high-quality implementation of production, education and research. On September 23, General Manager Xia Yiwen led the Anhui Jingcheng project team to conduct learning exchanges with the research team of Professor Fu Hua from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University in Beijing, and conducted in-depth discussions on related issues.

The Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University was founded in 1946. The two first-level disciplines of “Chemical Engineering and Technology” and “Materials Science and Engineering” were the first batch of doctoral degree-granting rights in 1998, and were selected as national key points in 2007. The first-level discipline is the “Double First-Class” construction discipline of Tsinghua University. In the latest international QS, USNews, and ARWU subject rankings, it ranks 13th, 1st and 3rd in the world, and 1st in China.

Professor Fu Hua graduated from Wuhan University in July 1989 with a bachelor's degree; in March 1998, he received a doctorate degree from Tsinghua University. From 2000 to 2002, he went to the Ohio State University as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Chemistry. From August 1989 to December 1998, he worked in the Beijing Institute of Microchemistry as an assistant researcher; since January 1999, he has worked in the Department of Chemistry of Tsinghua University, successively serving as a lecturer, associate professor, professor and doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in the research of organic synthetic chemistry and bioorganic chemistry for a long time, focusing on the research fields of catalytic organic synthesis, the design, synthesis and biological activity of enzyme inhibitors. More than 220 academic papers published by Int. Ed., Sci. Rep., Chem. Eur. J., Chem. Commun., Adv. Synth. Catal., Green Chem., Org. Lett., J. Org. Chem. The papers have been cited more than 7,000 times by domestic and foreign counterparts, and the H-factor is as high as 39. Obtained 5 domestic patents. He won the "National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Ministry of Education" in 2000, the first prize of the 5th Beijing Youth Outstanding Scientific and Technological Paper Award in 2000, the first prize of the Beijing Chemical Society Excellent Paper Award in 2000, and was nominated by the Ministry of Education for the Science and Technology Award in 2003. The second prize of science (the second person to complete), was selected as the Ministry of Education's "Outstanding Young Teachers Sponsorship Program" in 2003, and was selected into the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" in 2005. In 2009, he won the "Thesis Advisor for 2009 Eli Lilly Asian Outstanding" Graduate Thesis Award" and "Thieme Chemistry Journal Award" in 2010.

At present, Professor Fu Hua's research team includes 9 doctoral students and research assistants, with outstanding professional ability, good at compound structure design and synthesis, design of new synthetic process routes, and development of new and practical synthetic methods.

This time, the Anhui Jingcheng project team and the research team of Professor Fu Hua of Tsinghua University mainly conducted a research on the environmental protection powder coating curing agent N,N,N',N'-tetrakis (β-hydroxypropyl) adipamide (referred to as "1260" ”) Communication of Synthetic Strategies. Professor Fu Hua's research team introduced the systematic research and phased results on the synthesis reaction conditions of 1260, such as catalyst and reaction solvent screening, feed ratio, etc. In-depth exchanges were conducted on the synthesis of acrylamide as raw materials for organic synthesis and polymer materials, which laid the foundation for the expansion of cooperation projects with Professor Fu Hua's research team in the later stage.

During this trip, under the authoritative guidance of Professor Fu Hua and the careful organization of Dr. Zhu, the exchange meeting was a complete success, and the Anhui Jingcheng project team gained a lot.
