Matting agent M70 for polyester/TGIC powder coatings
For pure polyester/TGIC system with gloss above 5°, the consumption ratio of TGIC is 1:20, excellent anti-yellowing property, and extremely low baking smoke.
1)Gloss range:10%above @60°;
Be used in powder coatings based on polyester/TGIC; React with TGIC by 1:20; Anti-yellowing; Superb stability;
Be compatible with polyesters;
Good performance after many extrusions Include few waxes;
Heavy metal conforms to RoHS;
Few fumes during the stoving process.
2)Recommended Levels
1-4% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation when extruding with all formulation components. More dosage for lower gloss. The above-recommended levels can be used for orientation.
Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
3)Incorporation and Processing Instructions
The product should be mixed with the resin, hardener, pigments, and other additives using a high-speed mixer and extruded along with all components.
