Be used in all kinds of powder coatings, such as epoxy coatings, hybrid polyester coatings, pure polyester coatings.
Universal solid leveling agent KC758 is a polyacrylate leveling agent adsorbed by silica, which can be used in epoxy resin powder coatings, and can also be used for hybrid polyester resin powder coatings and pure polyester powder coatings, which uniformize surface tension, reduce orange peel and eliminate pinholes, improve leveling performance and uniform coating performance.
Composition:
Modified acrylate copolymer with SiO₂
Typical Properties:
Active matter percent: 60%;
Uniform surface tension;
Anti-crater;
Strengthen the surface hardness of powder coatings;
Eliminate the "orange peel" and pinholes;
Promote levelling and wetting.
Least shelf life: 2 years

Storage: polyethylene-lined kraft barrel
