Chemical leveling Brightener KC701B
The light enhancer KC701B is commonly known as a brightener or wetting accelerator, and its chemical composition is butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate copolymer. Because it contains a certain number of polar groups, it has a good wetting effect on polar additives (such as pigments, fillers) and coated substrates (such as iron, aluminum and other metals) in powder coatings, so as to effectively eliminate shrinkage and promote leveling in the manufacturing and construction process of powder coatings.
Acrylate copolymer contains some polar groups.
1)Typical Properties:
Modify the surface tension; Anti-pollution;
Function with leveling control agent;
Promote the lubrication of workpieces and fillings; Promote the leveling; Anti-crater;
Not include silicone oil; Promote leveling
2) Incorporation and Processing Instructions
The product should be mixed with the resin, hardener, pigments and
other additives using a high-speed mixer and extruded along with all components.
3)Special Features and Benefits
Promote the lubrication of workpieces and fillings No influence on chemical properties.
4)Recommended Levels
0.5-1% additive (as supplied)based on the total formulation when extruding with all formulation components.
The above-recommended levels can be used for orientation
Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

KC701B is used in all kinds of powder coatings.
