Floating Agent KC4030P
The chemical composition of the floating agent KC4030P is an acrylate copolymer, which is a surfactant used in fine art powder coatings. By adding to the powder coating after mixing, the surface tension when the powder coating is melted is adjusted to form a tension gradient, resulting in wrinkles and hammer marks and fine art pattern effect. Mainly used for fine art powder coatings. Through different application methods, various fine art patterns can be produced on the sprayed surface.

The floating texture agent KC4030P, composited of acrylate copolymer, is a surfactant. It can be used in special texture art powder coatings.
It can provide wrinkles, hammers, and art pattern effects after blending externally added into the powder coating by adjusting surface tension and tension gradient of melting powder coating.
4)Recommended Levels
0.2%-0.5% additive (as supplied)based on the total formulation when extruding with all formulation components.
The above-recommended levels can be used for orientation.
Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
Notes:
This product is used as an external adding powder coating.
With the dosage of floating flower agent increasing, the texture of the wrinkles becomes small, and the finer is the particle size of the floating flower agent, the smaller is the texture of the wrinkles.
The large pattern needs to be thicker to avoid film exposing the bottom, and affecting the pattern effect.
Please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
