Anti-pollution Anti-interference Agent KC2400
This product can improve the anti-pollution performance of powder coatings, can effectively avoid problems such as shrinkage, pinhole and surface loss caused by system incompatibility, and is suitable for all kinds of powder coatings without affecting the chemical properties of the coating film.
1)Typical Properties: Anti-pollution;
Eliminate craters, pinholes, and uneven loss of gloss Easy dispersion;
Can be incorporated into the coatings directly
2)Recommended Use:
KC2400 is used in all kinds of powder coatings.
3)Special Features and Benefits
Can avoid the shrinkage, pinhole, and loss of light of the surface because of incompatibility for powder coatings system. No influence on chemical properties.
4)Recommended Levels
0.3-1% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation when extruding with all formulation components.
The above-recommended levels can be used for orientation.
Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
Notes:
Avoid directly touch with skin and eyes; Wear protective clothing and goggles;
Wash with water after the operation.
